It has been proved by many studies that the way in which Khoa and Paneer are prepared in the unorganized market of India is not hygienic. Especially in the case of Khoa, milk is heated in open iron containers and mostly non-standardized milk is used for the purpose. This leaves every chance that certain unwanted materials are present in these products. For this purpose we have employed very sophisticated machines and gadgets at our premises. Such a machine consists of a cascade system and has two specially designed heat exchangers. When the milk has been concentrated to about 30% of the original quantity, it is automatically transferred to the second heat exchanger. This not only ensures speedy preparation but also produces the best quality product as only standardized milk is fed into the machine. The product is of uniform quality.
