Panner is a type of cheese prepared in South Asia including India. Paneer is a rich source of proteins. It is made by curdling heated milk with food acid (eg. Lemon juice or any other similar product). Paneer is an integral part of Indian cuisines. In some dishes of Middle-East also Paneer is extensively used.
